Format for RTI application (First application)

Friends,
We have to awake otherwise for our inactiveness, our next generation will pay heavy price.
Please do not pay bribe, rather apply for anything related to government through normal procedure, go through the standard citizen's charter and maximum time limit for any work. If you do not get response, simply file an RTI application. you just need to take half an hour, a 10 Rs. court stamp fee. You can even send the application by post (no need to go personally) and see, your all work will be done. I am pasting RTI application format here (This format is for Maharashtra but you can use for central too). If you have any query related to RTI, please ask, I will reply. I have been using it for last several years successfully.  You may ask your any question any help related to RTI here free of cost :) I will not charge you. If require, I can hold seminar on RTI, its application, anywhere as per my availability.

  2. Please provide information for non agricultural town planning sanctioned for entire Bhiwandi Taluka with the name of the land owners, developer.
  3. Please provide information whether without getting prior NA sanction and approval for construction one can start construction work for residential project.
  4. Please provide documents related to residential construction allowed to Mahavir Patwa Developers or anybody with the name of patwa in village Kharbao, village Kaman and Village Pay at Bhiwandi Taluka
  5. Please provide information on area in Bhiwandi Taluka where approval of MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority) is required and also please clarify whether non approval of MMRDA is treated the construction activities are illegal.
  6. Please provide list of all the approved residential project construction at village Kasheli, Kalehr, Purna and Rahnal of Bhiwandi Taluka, on the basis what the approval is given, name and the designation of person who grantd approval, documents considered while granting permission, when the checking was done.
  7. Please provide me information about total complaint received for illegal construction in Thane district (all Tluka, city and village), name of the officer handling it and action taken so far.

  2. Have received any response for point 6, I am planning g to buy house in kasheli either with Jai Mata Di or Maitri Developer.
