Lucky Ali- a singer, a soul searcher, a wanderer

I love Lucky Ali as a singer as always. Today, my brain was itching to search about him. I heard his last album Xsui which he himself released as none of the music label agreed to release (as it said) and was available for free download from his website. Although it was not a great album, However, his song Dil Gaye ja and Duniya ke Samandar mein.

While searching I came across the song Khirama. I was more interested to know about his current life, what does he do and whether he has disappeared from mainstream singing career. Then I came across this video.

Nice to see Lucky Ali back again and this is answer to the people who say that a singer has grown older and does not meet the expectation of the "young generation" good one. He is distinctive and I feel to understand his music and enjoy, you need heart and you must be a soul searcher and not a midnight party guy/ girls. Loved it.

I'll write a separate article on my favourite from Lucky Ali's private albums but for the time being, I feel people should watch this video. I salute to his passion and stubbornness.

The good thing is, you may download Khirama songs mp3 by Lucky Ali legally and free from official website of The dewarist. You may click on following link.

You may download the wallpaper too.

The Dewarist official website describes Lucky Ali as follows and I agree too:

The son of Mehmood and nephew of Meena Kumari, Lucky Ali’s genetic make-up made him a shoo-in for everything Bollywood. Instead, he chose to be an indie-pop musician, and worked his way to stardom by cleaning carpets and working at an oil rig. It was his zest for life, and ability to embrace adventure, that made his music so accessible to the common man. He is also a gifted actor, an enthusiastic organic farmer, and overall Renaissance man. As one of the country’s new wave of musicians in the late 90’s, his songs were influenced by a search for one's true calling. This search led him to The Dewarists, where he collaborates with installation artist Shilpa Gupta, in Season Three.

Here is the lyric for Khirama

No where

Now hereYou go thereBut you're not nearYou're losing your wayYet you know the way home.
Your watch stopsYou change gearHead on and onNo fearIt's strange but it's trueIt's taking you home
Yun lagtha paihum
Ki ab dard ye dil ka ho jayega kam
Dil wala dil ki daulat khota hai, pata hai
Chup ke se koi aake, dil ko samjhata hai
Khusbu hun meri fitrat
Har su bhikarna hai
Ban kar main behta paani
Hadh se guzarna hai
Maine bhi kabhi kisi se dil ki baat kahi nahin thi
Koi jaane ya na jaane
Mujhko kyun padi hai sabki

Khirama Khirama

I hope you love his.

Have a soulful music.
