How to apply for driving License online in India

Thanks a lot for all your love and phenomenal response to my earlier article on how to get a driving licence by yourself (DIY) without any agent and without paying bribe.

Now, almost everywhere the driving license application process is online and you must do it. In Maharshtra, particularly Mumbai and suburban and satellite town, the present transport commissioner is putting all efforts to keep the agents away from the RTO office. However, although they are not entering the premises, they are managing it very well. Although passing a driving learners license test is not that tough and almost 99% people can easily pass it (just read all the sign and signals online 5-6 times and thats enough), the touts and RTO officer help all the applicant come through the agent. That does not mean they fail direct applicant. It is just a myth. Do not opt agent, apply yourself.
