Land investment in Mumbai Metropolitan Region

Hi,
Exactly 1 year back, I had posted a blog on what precaution one need to take while buying land.
In fact I purchased a good land of my choice in Mumbai Metropolitan Region i.e. in Neral after a careful decision and I am happy with this decision. The price has almost appreciated by around 25% in this area and  the most important, I got a right person for this, who gave me the best deal without any service charge and lot of support.

Well, coming back to the main points, I invested in Vikrant Estate property at Neral which is at 5.5 KMs from Railway station and at around 1.30 hours travelling from Dadar. This project is sold now. However there are few more projects available which I can recommend. 

The good thing about land investment in right place (Neral, Karjat at 10KMS distance from station) is that, there is no absolute land in 6 KMs from the station which is safe and clear from all hassle. The second home project seller claims big things but they do not deliver. In my case, it is slightly delayed but there was complete transparency. They sold what they promised. 

I can recommend following two projects for readers of my blog. Even if you are not staying in India, NRI who wants a home between Mumbai and Pune, it is safest and best place to invest.

Project 1: Avni Greens

Karjat is a NO DOVELOPMENT Zone and the natural beauty is protected forever.

This project is between Neral and Karjat, ideal for weekend home, retire home and good for return on investment. Project 2: Brooksville Country
“Brooksville” is a river touch project, which is located 13 kms from Neral railway station and 16 kms from Matheran (declared heritage tourist hill station) "Brooksville" is a 75 acres of plotted development with clear and marketable title and would be developed and sold in phased manner.  This project is located 10 minutes away from an upcoming State Highway Number 54 which would connect the site to Navi Mumbai Airport in Panvel. 
  
One may anticipate land prices moving upwards in that location because of Navi Mumbai Airport site which would be near the project site after planned State Highway number 54 takes shape.  plot investments is a safe and secure with promising returns.

Again, this project too, is approved by SBI. Further When they started to sell it last year, it was priced at 380 and now, it is almost 500 Rs PSF.
Both the project has similar amenities and Brooksville is a river front apartment a perfect for weekend home, holiday home or future home.
