Corruption by backward class, SC ST and Ashish Nandi

Today morning when I switched on my TV, the first interesting news that in Jaipur literature festival,  social thinker Ashish Nandi gave statement that SC ST OBC and backwards are most corrupt. Then by the evening message came that a case under sc st atrocities Act has been registered against him under non bailable provisions of the Act and he may be arrested.
First of all, I agree to him. I do not say that only backward classes are corrupt even people on higher positions from upper classes are corrupt but it is equally true that the backward classes are amongst most corrupt.
I am supporting his statement based on my personal experience.
What kind of democracy is this? If a person from backward class tells publish anything about "upper class" nothing happens and when somebody tells truth, he is made to apologize. Why?

Let me give few examples
1. Bhiwandi (a satellite town in Mumbai) has a municipal corporation and so SC ST workers. A municipal corporation commissioner made compulsory Biometrics attendance and closed the shutter for those coming late. These so called backward mongers protested it ans defied his order and continued with their old habits. Moreover, there is a head in every prabhag of the municipal corporation is so corrupt that makes at least one crore in a year. It happens through corruption, bribe allowing illegal construction etc.
2. In a building where my friend lives, also an employee of Thane Municipal Corporation lives. He never report on duty. He pays money to somebody and never go to the office.
3. I know a shop inspector in south Mumbai. He clearly told me that those offices whether they comply with the labour laws or not, he charge them 15000 to 30000 bribe. Those who pay it, he never visits there and those who do not pay, he harass them at least 3 times in a year. So even if you are honest you have to pay bribe to do business peacefully in Mumbai.
4. Yesterday I had similar experience. I was taking goods from one location to another and in the way two police constable with surname like kamble, Jadhav all belonging to backward class took straight away bribe otherwise threatened to take action. Its not new.
5. Similar experience I have got at police stations, judiciary like court and all were backward class people.
6. Forget about government employees, I have seen people from these so called backward class who are rich enough still taking free seats in colleges schools. Even those who have enough money never says that now we have developed ourselves, give this benefit to somebody poor. It never happens.

We live in a country where constitution is violated, discrimination done based on the caste and of course backward class are most corrupt.

The above mentioned six are just very few of the incident I have come across. Nowhere I am saying that the backward classes are only responsible for corruption but we cannot deny the truth that they are most corrupt, degraded and very less in moral. Again this means not that the entire community to be blamed. Here, Ashish Nandi has talked about those who are in government posy and power and section of the society from that community. I fully agree to this. You go to anywhere in mumbai where people from this community is concentrated - you will find illegal construction, encroachment , threatening people in the name of caste and their so called leader. In rural part, nothing has changed since independence also. These innocent people who are tagged with a specific caste are still exploited and they are behaved as untouchable. Reservation, giving them job, benefit and education without merit is benefiting those who have already uplifted them. These people are lack in their mental and decision making ability and mostly corrupt minded. In fact, they themselves have done nothing for upliftment of "their" community.

I am not believer of caste system but against of current caste based system to promote cast ism, self and political interest

Janma Jaata Shudra Sarve Karmenu Brahman Bhavati All humans are inferior (Shudra) by birth and they become superior (Brahmins) only by their good deeds later in their life.

    1. Yes
It must be abolished. It has no relevance today. People in rural interior part of our nation still suffer and so called reservations are enjoyed by handful illegitimate people with money power and position. In fact they are higher class now. Once anybody from so called backward classes get any government benefit, his entire family should be banned from such benefit after that and to be declared to be in higher class. Whoever earning taxable income from such so called backward class, their status must be removed from the backward tag.
