Best Android Tablets within Rs. 7000

Hi,

While surfing web for best non calling android tablet, I found following stuff which may help you too.

My criteria
1. At least 1 GHZ processor for better speed
2. At least 1 GB RAM
3. At least Android 4.0 OS
4. At least 4 GB internal memory
5. No chinese tablet at all please. The tablet should be at least medium category brand with lessor complaints.
6. Should support 3G
7. At least 3000 mAh battery
